Sound Baths

Immerse yourself in the calming sounds and vibrations of our sound baths. These healing sessions create a meditative and rejuvenating experience that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and emotional healing. Crystal sound bowls, gongs, tuning forks, rain makers, chimes, and more are used to create a relaxing and meditative state.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness is the practice of brining your awareness to the present moment-with openness, curiosity, and without judgement. It means slowing down enough to truly notice your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surroundings, just as they are.

Meditation is a tool that helps cultivate mindfulness. It’s a practice of intentionally focusing your awareness-often on the breath, a sound, or a sensation-to quiet the mind and create space between your thoughts.
